Scientists have tracked how a person's weight in a week

The weight of the person is not static and is constantly changing. Scientists have found that most people lose weight on weekdays and get lost in the weekend. Especially important is the number of lost pounds in working days, says Cornell University Food and Brand Lab.

In the study, researchers observed the changes of body weight in humans 25-62 years. Some lose weight, some gain weight. A large part had sustained mass.

The identified algorithm to work in all subjects in varying degrees.. the Smallest weight was observed on Friday in slimming group. By Monday lost the weight came back.
