Scientists have identified causes of poor sleep-dependent daily diet

At the University of Pennsylvania the staff of the Medical school have observed and found the effect of sleep duration on way of life.

After analyzing the daily diet of the volunteers was able to establish that those who ate high-calorie food, sleep quality was significantly worse and lasted an average of 5-6 hours. At the same time, the participants of the experiment with a varied and balanced diet on average slept 7-8 hours.

Also able to establish that the smallest sleep time differed volunteers who consumed insufficient amounts of water (at least 1.5 liters) during the day.
