Scientists have found genes of food allergies

Specialists of America conducted an experiment in which genes were found based on the development of food Allergy in humans. Only the study involved 2700 people of different ages.

Genes HLA-DR and HLA-DB are responsible for the presence of peanut allergies in 20% of cases. Note, in addition to genes on the chance of developing allergies influenced by many factors: from food to the environment.
