Scientists have explained why people cry when they are happy

Experts from Yale University have found, crying from happiness - physiological reaction of the body, allowing faster discharged excessively strong positive emotion. The data were confirmed in the analysis of women's emotions, reacting to babies, writes The Times of India.

Tears is one way of combating nervous system with strong emotion. To some extent you can talk about the opposite reaction of the psyche. Sometimes negative emotions cause hysterical laughter or absence of any emotions at all. How often a person laughs in frightening situations?

Tears and laughter help to restore the balance and to cope with emotional experience. The discovery explains the ubiquity of the reaction, however, the cause of the phenomenon remains unknown. It is likely that tears of happiness is the way the unconscious control of emotions.
