Scientists have devised a simple test to determine life expectancy

Scientists from Brazil invented a simple test to determine the estimated life expectancy of the person. Anyone can take this test at home.

You just have to cross your feet and try in this position to sit on the floor. The procedure should be repeated ten times.

If in the end you got to sit down and to stand in this position for more than seven times the state of your health is high enough. Those who coped with the exercise three times and less are at risk and have an increased risk of dying in the next five years.

Initially, this test was used to determine the flexibility of a person. Brazilian scientists found that indicators of muscle strength and joint status can judge the whole body, and put an old technique in a new scientific revolution.
