Experts in the field of nutrition believe that chicken eggs can help in getting rid of extra pounds. Experts from the University in Liverpool found: eggs normalize cholesterol levels in the blood and stabilize the metabolism in the body.
Data has been installed in the course of research involving 440 volunteers. Participants were divided into two groups. The first group as the main food ration received diet products, but all dishes were no eggs. The second group ate the same manner, although experts have added to the diet of a small number of eggs.

It turned out that all the speculation about the dangers of eggs is a myth. The cholesterol level in the first and the second group remained at optimum performance. Most of the volunteers during the study managed to lose 3-4 pounds, but in a group, using chicken eggs, there has been a strengthening of the muscle tissue.
