Scientists: apples effectively burn fat

Japanese scientists have found a cheap and effective way to combat obesity. Enough together with proper and sensible diet, you eat apples. The fruit should be eaten before main meal.

The volunteers were asked to go on a diet, which was followed before the main meal to eat three apples. According to the data obtained, such a move also reduces the intake of fats in the body by 20%.

Don't underestimate apples, though it is one of the most available fruits. Three apples contains 600 mg of polyphenols, which activates fat metabolism in the body. As a result, the fats that enter through the intestine, excreted faster by activating the metabolism.
