Often a migraine develops due to carrying on shoulders heavy loads, e.g. heavy bags. In some cases, physical exercises lead to headaches due to excessive intensity.
Another cause of migraine, scientists have identified improper breathing during power loads. A sedentary lifestyle and bad habits – too common factors that trigger headaches.
As the last of the causes of migraines scientists call night waking.
