Experts of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare in an interview with "Russian newspaper" said, what nuts are the most useful to man.
The service found that among the most useful types should be allocated walnuts, pine, cashew and almonds. It is noted that they should be eaten at least once a week. This product has a high content of these essential minerals and vitamins like B1, B2, PP, E, magnesium, selenium, calcium, phosphorus and manganese.
Special attention to adequate eating nuts, according to Russian experts, it is necessary to pay people suffering from diabetes. This is due to the ability of the product to reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and lower cholesterol.
However, each type of nut has specific properties. So cashews can intensify the process of metabolism of protein and fatty acids and boost immunity. Hazelnut has a preventive effect on the body, reducing the risk of developing cancer.
Walnut is used to strengthen blood vessels and reduce the blood levels of cholesterol.
Most useful, in particular for women, is pine nuts. Its composition has a beneficial effect on skin health and maintains lactation. Women can evaluate the ability of almonds to reduce weight, improving bowel function.
However, it is important to emphasize that a day should not eat more than 35 grams of nuts per day, since the high calorie content of nuts can lead to excess weight. Experts in nutrition point out that nuts are healthier to eat together with meat and dairy products, whereas the combination with grain dishes is better to abstain.
