Romantic relationships change teenagers

Love changes a person, especially in adolescence, writes The Times of India. Researchers from Florida Atlantic University found that teenagers who are in relationships, are shaped by features of the partner and not friends and acquaintances.

The study involved over a thousand adolescents aged 12-18 years. They shared with scientists their Hobbies, number of sexual partners related to alcohol. It turned out that the children who are in a relationship, the level of alcohol consumption were less similar to their friends. Significant other greatly affects the character of a person changing his habits and traits.

In his younger years friends have many common interests, and friendship is one of the most important things in life. However, in more conscious age nothing changes. However, the beginning of a romantic relationship often makes people change their principles and to put on the first place mate.
