Revenge improves mood, said scientists

Revenge is primarily committed by people because of the deep sense of justice, say the psychologists. To determine how revenge affects a person's mood, the researchers conducted the experiment, according to Medical Xpress.

Scientists conducted an interesting study: of 156 volunteers were asked to write an essay on a free theme, after which participants exchanged written. Experts asked volunteers to leave reviews on essay each other. Those participants who received negative feedback about the essays, asked to throw out the emotions on the virtual voodoo doll. The experts found that this method "unload" really works and this improves mood.
