Response to stress transmitted from men through the generations – the scientists

Researchers from America (University of Pennsylvania) found: male offspring is passed the response to stress. And this happens not in the process of education, and at the level of genes. Data scientists have confirmed in the experiment on laboratory mice.

Mouse offspring from disturbing fathers was characterized by increased alertness and aggression compared with the control offspring. Further research showed that stress in males leads to the emergence of microRNAs responsible for psychological reactions in extreme situations.

Interestingly, the stress response from females to offspring are not passed on. What is the reason, it is not yet clear, but scientists working in a given direction and try to answer this question.
