British scientists have found: containment of emotions allows to prolong life. Data were obtained during global studies. Just attended 6 thousand people.

The collection and analysis of data has shown that people who keep emotions in themselves and not show them to others, live longer than their "hot" and emotional peers. The study took into account age, have a permanent job, level of education, social status of the subjects. Interested scholars contacts with psychologists, visiting therapists.
