Researchers: "internal clock" of women in a hurry

Scientists have tried to understand why women more often than men Wake up in the middle of the night or too early in the morning. According to the latest data, the sleep of men is significantly stronger. Blame circadian rhythms, say the researchers. In the morning, women feel more cheerful men. According to the data collected, the "internal clock" women are ahead of men's hours 1.7-2.3 hours.

While the observations of scientists is limited to 25 volunteers who have agreed to daily monitoring sleep for three days. The study proved that women are one and a half times more likely to experience problems with sleep.
