Relaxing music before going to sleep makes people good

Experts from China led by expert Xiao Qing Hu set to become a kinder, need quality sleep and calm music. Scientists have tried to rid the volunteers divided into two groups from the prejudiced attitude to people. Some looked at pictures of women with clever quotes, other images of African Americans with positive desires.

After that, the volunteers included pleasant music that they fell asleep. One group sounds during deep sleep disabled.

It turned out that sleep beneath peaceful music evokes in people a sense of kindness and tolerance. The effect lasts one week. While it is difficult to answer why it works during this period, however, scientists are working in this direction.
