Lack of sleep – a very dangerous condition for the human body. It is believed that a person needs at least 7 hours of sleep a night. However, the survey results show: not every modern man allocates a dream for so long.
Scientists from the University of Leeds conducted a survey of 1024 UK residents aged 18-18 years. About it reports The Daily Mail. A quarter of respondents admitted that they do not sleep more than five hours a day. Only 3% planned so much time to allocate for sleep.
42% of respondents complained of constant stress at work. Note, the time for sleep is quite variable parameter. Someone can actually sleep for 5-6 hours, others it takes at least 8-9 hours.
