Scientists in the framework of the recent studies have proved that the refusal of meat reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Herbal products favorably affect the functioning of the heart and blood vessels.
Data were established during the 11-year study involving 45 thousand volunteers. The analysis of collected data showed that vegetarians are less likely to suffer heart disease. Note, one third of the subjects adhered to a vegetarian diet. Vegetarians were recorded optimally low cholesterol, the main factor in the formation of arterial and venous thrombi.
It should be noted that a complete rejection of meat must be approved by a dietician. The received data may be associated with more careful attention vegetarians to their own health, not with the presence or absence of meat in the diet.
