Physical activity helps hyperactive children to learn better

Syndrome attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a common deviation that occurs mostly among children of preschool and primary school age. These children listen to the teacher attentively, experiencing difficulties with the school curriculum. According to statistics, boys more than girls are predisposed to ADHD.

Scientists from the University of Florida collected a class, which consisted half of boys with ADHD. The children were asked to pass tests on working memory, the results of the study were recorded on video.

Boys with ADHD who were allowed to move and get up from the Desk in the process of passing your test did a better job than students with ADHD who were sitting all testing in its place. Researchers are advised teachers to reconsider attitudes to teaching children with this disorder.
