British experts from Lincoln University found a correlation between lucid dreaming and human behavior when performing common tasks.
It turned out if the person is able to realize that is in the dream, the performance of the tasks he needs less time. The ability to control your dreams not everyone has.
Only the study involved 68 people aged 18 to 25 years. Among the volunteers were very different cases: someone saw no dream at all, someone could manage almost every dream.
All volunteers were asked to solve a series of logical tasks. People with lucid dreaming dealt with them 4 times better than the rest. That is why scientists have suggested that the possibility of separating reality from a dream helps the individual to achieve specific goals faster and more efficiently.
