Not all fats are harmful to human health, scientists

Especially a lot of buzz around TRANS fats. It is believed that their surplus increases the level of cholesterol in the blood contributes to blockage of blood vessels. However, not all TRANS fats are dangerous to the human body, scientists say.

According to one recent study, low levels of TRANS fats are dangerous as high level. The body needs a certain set of fats and fatty acids. Their deficiency or overabundance leads to the development of metabolic diseases, cardiovascular and other systems, writes Business Standard.

TRANS fats, the researchers found, in moderation reduces the risk of diabetes. TRANS fats of natural origin does increase lifespan.
