Scientists advise people with sleep disorders to eat more of the "night milk". We are talking about milk from cows at night. Melatonin is an important hormone in the human body. It regulates the cycles of sleep and wakefulness. On the basis of melatonin pharmacists have created a special drugs that help to overcome the difference in time zones when flying. Tryptophan under the influence of chemical reactions in the body is converted into melatonin and serotonin, "happiness hormone".

The rodents in the experiment, the scientists gave the water, a portion of tranquilizer or milk (day or night). After, animals were placed for 20 minutes in a spinning wheel. It is quite difficult to be in constant motion, when you want to sleep.

The night the milk did more sleepy rats. Stronger there were only tranquilizers, has a number of side effects.
