According to scientists, nature can protect the body from most diseases associated with lowered immunity. Fresh air creates optimal conditions for the rest of the immune system and raising the necessary useful for cells and connections.
Nature is, in the first place, fresh air with high oxygen content. If within the city, the percentage of oxygen is about 15-16%, in the woods, its concentration is much higher.
Another walk in the forest nourishes the body with sweet smells and Mycobacterium vaccae, and the sunlight stimulates the production of vitamin D, so necessary for bones and immune system.
