NASA scientists have determined the coordinates of Saturn with an accuracy of up to 3 km

Experts from NASA under recent studies have determined the coordinates of the planet Saturn with an accuracy of up to three kilometers. It was also determined the coordinates of the satellites. The study was conducted using ground-based telescope in Pasadena.

The findings were 50 times more accurate than all previous measurements. The telescope has a high precision and is able to set the coordinates of the planets in the Solar system with minimal deviation. Scientists believe that it will be useful for further research related to astronomy and physics.

"Scientists analyzed data from the spacecraft Cassini, which is located on the orbit of Saturn, and compared this information with the data obtained with ground-based telescope in Hawaii, and then managed to Refine the coordinates of objects in space.", says study leader John Joyce.
