Moving improve memory, the research showed

Within the latest study, researchers from the University of new Hampshire proved that moving improves memory. The change of residence is rather complicated and responsible stage in life. With all the problems the move affects the brain, writes the Daily Mail.

In total, the study involved over a thousand people aged 65 years and older. Volunteers were asked to describe five of the most vivid events that happened to them during the period from 40 to 60 years.

According to the information received, the average person changes for the life of the five seats. As soon as there is a change of domicile, the memory slightly improved. Especially well remembered by the new environment and the first days in a new home.
