Morning exercise helps to improve school performance

Scientists from Denmark came to the conclusion, children's activities and sports before training sessions contribute to a substantial improvement of their school. They believe that morning exercise has a beneficial effect on achievement.

Twenty thousand students aged 5 to 19 years participated in the study, which involved the study of various factors - the ability to concentrate during lessons, perform child charge in the morning, mode of arrival to class (by car, bike or on foot).

The study gave results that confirmed the beneficial effect of the morning activity (in any form: in the form of charging or travel to school by bike) on a child's progress.
