Researchers from tufts University found that the main causing headache, loss of concentration, fatigue and bad mood factor was dehydration after exercise or during rest.

To avoid dehydration, you should drink plain water and drinks without alcohol and caffeine. Although scientists are still not able to decide how much water to drink per day (up to eight glasses a day), the easiest way is to check the color of your urine. If it is dark, not light, almost transparent, you need to drink more water.
