Loneliness leads to decreased immunity

Social isolation (scientific name loneliness) leads to various diseases. Lonely people are more susceptible to them viral, heart and other chronic diseases. The reason for this is the reduced immunity.

These conclusions reached by scientists from the University of medicine in Ohio. They have established a link between loneliness and low immune level of the organism. This version was announced at the conference social and personality psychologists, which takes place every year.

Lonely women observed reduced immunity due to inflammatory processes in their body.

The aim of the research was the desire to prove that those people who have a strong and reliable relationship and not alone, are in better health.
