Kiwi is an antidepressant for humans, scientists say

The experiment was conducted for 6 weeks on 54 male volunteers, which were divided into two groups. One group ate every day 1/2 a kiwi, the other 2 pieces of kiwi.

After 6 weeks, the scientists summed up the results of the experiment. As it turned out, that group of young people who ate two kiwis per day experienced less fatigue and depression. The scientists concluded that kiwifruit has a positive effect on the human body due to the rich content of vitamin C. This vitamin is responsible for the speed of metabolism in the human body.
