Five days later, scientists analyzed the muscle tissue of volunteers. Only five days of malnutrition cheated on glucose metabolism in the muscles. Weight scored one, and insulin sensitivity decreased. Nutritionists advise to watch your diet to avoid obesity and diabetes.
