Just five receptions fatty foods in a row, change your metabolism and scientists

Scientists from the Polytechnic University of Virginia are concerned about the craze fast food: not always eating fatty foods go unnoticed. Information published in Science World Report.

Volunteers from among the students suggested to adhere to a diet consisting of 55% from fat. On the recommendations of nutritionists, the amount of fat in the diet should not exceed 30%. The diet included sausages, pasta, butter, biscuits, cheese.

Five days later, scientists analyzed the muscle tissue of volunteers. Only five days of malnutrition cheated on glucose metabolism in the muscles. Weight scored one, and insulin sensitivity decreased. Nutritionists advise to watch your diet to avoid obesity and diabetes.
