In the near future in the state Duma will receive the draft law, according to which Russia will be created public Commission that will monitor the quality of medical care, according to KM.ru. In the control committees will consist of at least 3 persons, each of which will be presented to the public organizations. The bill is modelled explanatory note, which says that in some cities, patients with serious diseases have started to create their own Association, with which they intend to fight for their rights.
Deputies hope that commissions will consider complaints from patients, dissatisfied with the treatment in medical facilities, as well as to control timely delivery of medicines to the population. In addition, the Commission will conduct inspection in medical institutions, and data audits will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
According to the authors of the bill, its main purpose will be to regain control of the society over the medical field, which will result in improved quality of medical services and medicines. The developers of the draft law emphasize that the proposed initiative is one of the components of the concept support the health of citizens.
