In 2017 in Russia will be the first domestic drug against HIV

Today, there are a number of experimental samples, however, none of the existing domestic analogues not yet made it to pharmacies and hospitals. Veronika Skvortsova, Minister of healthcare, has shared details regarding the movement against HIV in Russia.

Now Russian scientists to have 10 drugs against AIDS and HIV. Eight of them so far, no patents. Four additional drug are in the phase of purification of substances, for others working to develop a method of bottling and packaging.

None of the anti-HIV drug is not produced in Russia on a full cycle concludes Skvortsova. She believes that by 2017 the country should appear first antiviral drug produced entirely in the territory of Russia.
