Scientists have proven that junk food can lead to serious sleep disorders. Especially dangerous in this plan sweets and fatty foods. In the experiment, was attended by 13 volunteers. They are put in the sleep laboratory. Some people ate on a specific diet, rich in vitamins, fish and plant food. The others could eat anything, choosing food from a menu drawn up by scientists.
To sleep under experimental conditions was required from nine until seven in the morning. People strictly adhering to the diet was much easier to enter the mode. If the volunteer was given joy there is anything you want, there were obvious problems with sleep.
In addition to sleep disorders, poor diet leads to diabetes, cardiac arrhythmia, and other diseases of the cardiovascular system. Experts recommend to limit consumption of sweet and fatty foods in favor of good nutrition.
