Scientists gave some advice to people who are prone to severe anxiety on a first date.

The excitement on a first date – something absolutely natural. The desire to please a stranger, embarrassment and many other factors make us nervous. Sometimes, however, the nervousness passes all bounds, that prevents people to get the right impression about each other.

Before an important meeting, the experts suggest a good night's sleep. It will calm the nervous system and will give cheerfulness, desire to communicate and to listen. It is not necessary to meet a date at the last minute before leaving. Men should take the preparation at least 40-60 minutes, slightly longer. Fuss only fueling the excitement.

Scientists say that stress is on the first date equally often experience both men and women. At the same time, women at the first meeting appreciate men more critically.
