Hormones brain cause people to overeat, scientists believe

The study of the brain, scientists from the Medical center in Amsterdam proved that certain chemicals that our brain constantly produces, in some cases, lead to overeating cause obesity. At risk can get even people with normal body weight.

The surge of the hormone dopamine determines the ability of a person to overeating. Data has been installed in the experiment, with the participation of volunteers. People invited to watch a series of neutral images, among which met pictures of food. Group, responsive to images of food, according to a study, needed more food for the complete saturation of the organism.

Further tests confirmed the theory of scientists. Rapid response to food in most cases was associated with high activity of dopamine. Some people, scientists believe, have an innate tendency toward overeating. This group should closely monitor their food intake and to give preference to useful products.
