In a recent study, scientists from the Netherlands found that regular consumption of quality green tea reduces the level of stress among men. Moreover, this drink enhances the mental capacity of a strong half of mankind.

Just experiment was attended by 50 people. They suggested that instead of a favorite drink to drink green tea. After some time, the psychological status of the volunteers was evaluated again. It turned out that the active ingredients of green tea help to improve memory and strengthen the nervous system.

Almost all adult males affected by daily stress, experts recommend to consume green tea. According to other studies, this drink reduces the likelihood of heart disease, reduces the risk of diabetes, cancer and Parkinson's disease.
