Research group of the University of Washington proved that regular consumption of green tea has a positive effect on joint health. It is a specific substance that is included in the drink. It comes epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). EGCG possesses strong anti-inflammatory action and does not block the normal function of cells, as do traditional medicines.
