Fruits and vegetables are natural antidepressants

Scientists from Britain came to the conclusion that fruits and vegetables in a better mood. Data were established during many years of research with the participation of 14 thousand people.

Not only chocolate can lift the mood of the person. Fresh fruits and vegetables, have a similar effect. In the experiment, scientists observed the volunteers change their weight, diet and state of mind.

It turned out the most active and positive people are fans of fruits and vegetables. In this group, very importantly, there were fewer people with addictions. But the mood among those who ate fresh fruit and vegetables every day, was the most high, and to break its been hard. A group of people, neglected vegetables, often experienced symptoms of depression and sudden changes in morale.
