Friendship improves health, say scientists

Good friends in childhood help to survive to old age, scientists from the University of Virginia. The study involved 171 student grades 7-8. Researchers monitored the volunteers from 13 to 27 years, says Zee News.

In 13-17 years old students completed the questionnaire, which was shared with the experts, how many of them were good friends, we evaluated the degree of trust in the relationship, the tendency to adapt to the company. Examination subjects passed at the age of 25-27 years.

The study showed if a person in their Teens were good friends, which is fashionable to rely on, it is much less frequently encountered anxiety and depression symptoms. About other diseases scientists do not say, however, mental disorders inevitably lead to disease of the majority of organs and systems that are proven scientifically.
