Fresh milk poses a threat, according to Western scientists

Most people believe in the benefits of fresh milk. But so few think about the dangers that it carries. Fresh raw milk can cause a range of diseases, say scientists from the U.S. and Europe.

Also fresh milk reduces the symptoms of allergies and eczema, if they are not associated with intake of milk. With all of this milk poses a great danger in the form of Listeria, Salmonella, Escherichia coli and Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

These bacteria can cause severe infections. In most cases the fault of the farmers who do not comply with the safety fence milk and ignore the shelf life. Best of all the bacteria multiply in the warm environment. Doctors recommend heating the milk to at least 72 degrees to kill most pathogenic bacteria.
