It turned out that a Cup of fresh, invigorating coffee sets you in a positive way. The data were confirmed in the study.
Volunteers elderly were divided into two groups. The first group was offered during the study, drink coffee, the second drink, substitute coffee. The results proved that people who consume a small dose of caffeine, much better able to cope with the tasks on the reaction rate.
Effective dose, scientists believe, is about two cups a day. It allows to improve their performance by 7%. The fact that caffeine is a common stimulant brain activity, it accelerates the reaction, is responsible for positive emotions. So do not deny yourself the pleasure to enjoy a Cup of coffee.
