Frequent cooking affects the heart - the scientists

Scientists from the medical center of the University of Ruscha has proven that frequent standing at the stove for cooking culinary masterpieces increases the risk of developing diseases of the cardiovascular system. The cooking process increases the level of cholesterol in the blood, which affects blood pressure.

Only the study involved 2755 women aged 42 to 52 years. Over 14 years of observations, scientists have discovered most of the metabolic disorders. More pronounced changes were observed in women, often cooking at home.

The risk of cardiovascular diseases among Housewives who love home cooking, increased by one third. Most likely, this is due to the constant breakdown of its products in the cooking process. Together with the main meal, many people overestimate the need for food and overeat.
