"I think that the anti-alcohol campaign was a mistake in the form in which it was carried out", - said Mikhail Gorbachev.

According to the former President, should have been conducted no campaign, and planned long-term struggle with alcoholism.

At the same time, Gorbachev noted the positive results of the anti-alcohol campaign.
