Foods with fiber help you lose weight: study

Every four adults suffers from disorders of metabolism. The activated form of this disease can lead to diabetes and other dangerous diseases. Scientists from the Medical school of the University of Massachusetts studied the health of 240 people with obesity and installed: fiber helps in the process of losing weight. Data provided by the publication of Science World Report.

Volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group consumed a large amount of fruits, vegetables, lean meat and whole grains. The second group each day should eat at least 30 grams of fiber a day. According to statistics, Americans consume not more than 15 grams.

The group, which consumed a large amount of fiber, threw 0.5 kilograms more. This substance is not digested in the gastrointestinal tract of man and supersedes fast carbohydrates, scientists say.
