Scientists conducted an experiment, which was attended by 350 children aged three to seven years. Each child was observed the presence of insomnia syndrome. As an experiment, children were divided into two groups. The first group of children received daily supplements with high concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids, the second group received placebo.
As a result, scientists become that in the first group, a large percentage of children have overcome sleep problems. Sleep has become more strong and stable, its quality has increased significantly.
The main source of omega-3 fatty acids is a red sea fish. Fatty acids have a positive impact on the functioning of not only the nervous system but also the entire human body.
