Preference in music is a reflection of our mental status, say scientists. Brain cells react differently n different styles of music, forming not only the emotions but also the behavior, reports The Hans India.
Researchers from the University of jyväskylä, Aalto University and Aarhus University evaluated the mental state of volunteers and correlated the collected information with their musical tastes. It turned out that the connection between music and the brain exists. In some cases, the right music even helped to cope with depression.
Usually sad and sentimental people, more like quiet motifs, open personality often prefer and dynamic dance styles that are prone to aggression people – heavy music and extreme direction.
