Favorite music helps to overcome insomnia

Experts from the University of Lincoln, together with colleagues from the University of London proved the favorite motifs help to cope with insomnia. In total, the experiment involved 600 volunteers from among the students and residents of Singapore.

Subjects offered before bed to listen to favorite songs for 45 minutes. It turned out that this practice significantly calms the nervous system before sleep and helps tune in to the rest. Music helps to distract from the other distractions and focus on their own feelings and emotions.

In the evening it is better to listen to relaxing music. Well suited classics: Mozart, Bach, ed Sheeran. If the music is not attracted strongly enough the same 45 minutes to spend in silence and without gadgets. The last hour of wakefulness without electronics, according to one survey, has the same effect on the body.
