Obesity develops as a result of a combination of several factors. Separate the love for products with a high sugar content the weight gain does not. This is indicated by the results of a study involving two thousand volunteers.

Experts from the University of new Mexico analyzed the health and physique of people and correlated the obtained information with lifestyle and diet.

In the second stage, volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group took on a healthy diet with minimal sugar and fat. The second group ate normally and didn't have to limit yourself.

It turned out only a combination of sugar with fat increases the likelihood of obesity. Physical inactivity also increases the chance of weight gain.

Experts strongly recommend eating a healthy diet and regularly exercise. As a first step, it is possible to abandon the dense late-night dinners and make 3-4 times a week walking in the fresh air. Already these measures in a few weeks will give the first positive results.
