Experts: free schedule healthy

It is better to work with a floating schedule where it is important the task, not the exact time finding work. Scientists give reasons for its opinion.

Standard workday starts at 9 and ends in 18 hours. Such a schedule might upset the balance between wakefulness and sleep. By lunchtime most people feel tired, unable to concentrate on work.

When there is an opportunity to choose their own working hours, improves sleep quality, and efficiency rises. This is indicated by the results of the experiment with the participation of 474 employees of the company in which it was decided to work on two schemes: in the workplace with fixed hours and flexible hours at home.

The study showed that the possibility to choose your working hours increased the duration of sleep on average for 8 minutes. In addition, there is a certain degree of freedom made people more relaxed. A chance to relax when I want, crucial, experts say.

It is also helpful to sleep in the afternoon. In large and successful corporations have long understood this and have allowed their employees to organize themselves when needed quiet time. Better to let people rest on the job than will portray the activities before the end of the working day.
