The study took 52 weeks. Many retirees like to get together and play football, says Zee News. They even continued classes after the end of the experiment. According to the information gathered, the work of the heart in elderly persons after four months of training has improved by 15%.
Football is not only one of endurance, interval and improves performance when for a short period of time required to run a small distance. Also the participants in the experiment decreased weight and markedly improved functional capacity of the organism.
