Good nutrition is an important component of maintaining the body in shape. This is indicated by the results of research scientists from the United States. It was attended by 20 women aged 40 years. It turned out that a properly composed diet can significantly improve inner health and appearance of the person.
Volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group was allowed to eat their favorite foods. The second group put in a fairly rigid framework. In the course of the study should reject products with a high content of carbohydrates, fats, sugar and cholesterol. The experiment lasted for several months.
The mere restriction of food intake had a positive impact on appearance. If to it to attach to sports and the rejection of bad habits, the effect will be felt already after a month.
